Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ENTRAPRIS platform, website, and related services provided by Entrapris Pte. Ltd. ("Entrapris," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep your account information updated.

ENTRAPRIS provides modular business software including sales, HR, inventory, procurement, and related enterprise tools. Features and availability may vary by plan, region, and module.

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout or in your order form. Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

You agree not to:

• Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the services except as expressly permitted.
• Upload malicious code, interfere with platform operation, or abuse API limits.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

You retain ownership of data you submit to the platform ("Customer Data"). You grant Entrapris a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and consents to submit Customer Data and that your use complies with applicable laws.

Entrapris and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights except the limited right to use the services as permitted here.

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Both parties agree to protect such information using reasonable care and to use it only for purposes related to the services, except as required by law.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Entrapris disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entrapris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Entrapris in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may cancel your subscription according to your plan terms. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required for legal or security reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
